At Darts Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused dartboards, tungsten sets, and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used flights, shafts, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
